I really don't understand your question.

If Dad goes to jail for not paying child support, you will not receive any money until he pays it.

Once he goes to jail for the months he was ordered jailed for, he can never go to jail again for not paying those months. He owes it but he can't be jailed twice for the same child support non-payments.
