Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

will

my mother recently passed (may)

my brother took her to an attorney

to have her will changed (jan) she

died of a brain tumor (cancer) which

was impairing her, she was in this

condition in january. the will now

gives everything to the brother that

took her to the attorney is this legal

(sound mind). I live out of state

what can I do if anything?

You need to hire an attorney in the state in which she died to contest the will.
