Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

will

my sister in law was living with this man for five years. he died monday

and his doughters want everything.my sister in law is still married to someone but they have

been seperated for 6 years. there is no will. is my sister in law entitled to enything that was her deceased friend?

Categorically NO. You cannot have community property with a current husband and with a putative one.
