Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

wills

my father died approx. 8 yrs. ago and I didnt get to read the will. my mother still lives but i wish to read will without her knowing.. can this be done and how so and where do i need to go?

Was the will ever probated? If so, it is normally open to the public.

You really need to talk to an experienced probate attorney in the county where your parents lived.
