Wills

My husband & i both been married befor & have children on both sides & we are wondering if we need

a will in case one of us die the other won't have any promble with the adult children

I agree with the answer you got totally. Wills will assure that the people who should get your estates will get them, the problems of not having wills are even more than arguments among the children. The costs of having wills done are very small compared to the later costs if you do not.

A will is the easiest and most cost-effective way of determining exactly how one's property is to be distributed at death. If you have any worries about battles between the children, then I suggest that you do consider wills for both of you. The costs are not that much depending on the size of your estates and the problems that can be avoided are significant.
