Withdraw divorce petition in Texas

My wife and I have decided to stay together after we have already filed the divorce petition. How do i withdraw or cancel the divorce? I am the one who filed the original petition.

File a Motion to Dismiss with the court.

Or you could file a Notice of NonSuit. See, you ask lawyers a question and get more opinions than you know what to do with. Good Luck.

Call the court clerk but you can probably simply file a properly styled paper informing the court that you are withdrawing your petition.
