If a woman files child support on a child she states is yours but you are not on the birth certificate did not know about the baby do you have to pay back child support?

Hire an attorney immediately and ask for DNA testing.

Don't do anything until you have an attorney.

Back child support can only go back 4 years but you can fight that too.
