woman's property, assests rights with children in divorce

My 2nd husband of two years of marriage is sueing me for divorce on grounds of not being obedient to him. We sold my home together and my 4 children and I moved in with him into his home. Now he wants to take the car he bought me, which is in my name, and wants us to move out, with only my kids bedroom furniture. Do I have any rights? Please help!

Yes, you have certain rights and interests. You need to retain legal representation in this matter to protect them. This is not a simple matter.
