Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

The women I married (for 5 days) never came into the USA even though she was given all the papers required to obtain visa. Consequently she has no SSN and no bank account.

After marriage I kept depositing my paycheck into the same account (that only has my name and SSN), which was a mistake. I am now seeking divorce and so is the money considered commingled, community or Personal ? I have been married on paper for 16 months.

There has been no financial or emotional contribution from her side at all.

Will the judge take the fact that I have been deserted into consideration ? I do not want to lose my hard earned money to a women who has abandoned me for no fault of mine ( i have papers to prove my case)

You definately need to talk to a divorce attorney since you obviously don't understand Texas law.

I offer a face-to-face consultation for $1 per minute.

I also offer DO IT YOURSELF DIVORCE KITS if she will sign all the paperwork.
