Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I was wondering if it was possible to get an annulment on the basis that we were married in California, where there is no waiting period and we were married less than 24 hours after our license was issued, but we were both legal residents of Texas. In Texas there is a 72 hour waiting period that, if ignored, allows for an annulment.
