Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Okay Im Wonderinq Way before I filed childsupport me and my daughters father did a dna and it proved that he was not the father..but in that test only the baby and him were tested..i feel these results were unaccurated can this affected me during child support if he shows them..or can i ask to be tested again

Genetic testing is only done between the father and the child. If the genetic test (DNA test) eliminates him as a father of the children and the children are less than 4 years old, he will not have to pay child support. If the children are more than 4 years old, then it might be too late for him to get out of child support.
