worried

What happens if a non-custody

parents doesn't gets his passport,

because he owes a lot, but still

goes to Mexico without it, when he

plans to come back to the USA is

there going to be any penalties or

will they do something to him?

Re: worried

There is no relation between back child support and getting a passport.

However, if you don't have a passport and want to come back to the US they may not let you. The specifics as to what will happen is on the US Department of State Website.
