Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Can I write up my own child support agreement btween myself and an exgirlfrind and file it with the court in Texas? We have 2 children under the age of 18. One child lives with my mother and the other lives with my ex. She is asking for $150.00 every two weeks. What do I need to include in this agreement? I provide dental insurance for them through my job and will be placing them on medical insurance as well.
