Is there such a way to write up your own visitation and have signed by a judge instead of having to go to court?

No. How can you "have it signed by a judge" if you "don't go to court"? Where do you think the judges are?

If you and the other parent agree to some modification of your visitation, you must first file a joint petition for modification. After that, you present your agreed modification order to the judge.
