Written Answer to Clerk?

How do I file a written answer to district clerk in order to avoid "default judgement" in "Motion to Enforce by Contempt"?

I agree with Mr. Hebda, but you can submit a response by putting your response in writing and presenting it to the District Clerk's office. It must have the style no. and names of the parties. Try to find a lawyer to help you.

Since you are dealing with a quasi-criminal action, I don't know why you are attempting to do this yourself. It is not wise with this type of action against you.
