My x owes $50,000 child support. He's taking me to court for modification, I cannot afford an attorney. What are my options in court?
What's the amount of arrears that constitutes a felony?

In most child support enforcement cases, the court will award attorney fees. Contact the local bar association for referrals, as there may be an attorney in your area willing to take the chance that the court will award attorney fees, at least for that portion of the case. Unless you are indigent, you will have to have, at a minimum, the money for filing and service fees.
