Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My xhusband and his current girlfriend are posting comments on the internet calling me a "whore" "unfit mother" "easy" "revolving door" etc. This has gone on for some time now and I have printed as many of the comments as I can. What are my rights as far as filing a slander/defimation of character claim? I have struggled with these comments and have suffered and seaked medical attention to help me cope with the matter. Just want to know what my rights are, he has gone as far posting my cell phone # minus the last digit saying to call for a good time. Keep in mind we have a 4yr old child together that I have custody of and he gets every other weekend visitation.

Sue him for slander. You will have trouble getting a lawyer to take this case on a contingent fee basis, so get your checkbook ready.
