Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My xwife has filed a petition for enforcement for debts she ran up while we were legally seperated in her name only. The divorce decree says that I am to "pay 100% of the debts accumulated by the parties during the marriage" - the total amount is close to $40,000!

You need to take the paperwork to an an attorney immediately.

Obviously, you need an attorney to represent you.
