Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have a two year old lil girl and I'm no longer with her father it been almost a year and he has helped me out and he bearly even ask for her he's been in trouble with the law dealing with drugs and his mother has told me that she would take her to mexico.my question is well I win full custody of her?

You should get a child support and custody order in place. If the father's behavior poses a risk to the child's welfare, then his rights to see her will be limited. Stay clean so that the father will not be able to argue that you too use drugs. If he's bad and you are good, the court should make the right decision.
