Hello. I was wondering, if I recieved 18,000$ for injuries that happened to me at the age of 4, and then put 15,000 in my uncles bank as a CD. And the 6 month CD ends June 9, Can my uncle refuse to give me my money, even after I told him that I want the money back after the 6 month period? I'm really worried. What should I do? I need the money for college.

you should go to the bank and find out..you do not need to ask others..but if it is in uncle's name...he controls the money...good luck
