Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
I am 2 Weeks behind on a payment for a used truck I'm buying from a lady. I don't know her at all but we had a written contract. I called her a week before ths payment was due told her I would be late but pay her asap. She drinks Ashly and keeps forgetting our phone conversations. Now she calls new and the reference numbers I gave her nonstop! Threats to take the truck and now harassing me and my family. What can I do. I've paid it half off

Did she record a lien on the title?
Catch up your payments as soon as you can.
Write her a letter and tell her that (a) you're going to catch up the payments and (b) she should stop calling people.
