Abuse of Process ?????
Can an attorney file two suits (On the same day) against the same person for the same allegation seeking the same monetary relief in both suits? And, after prevailing in the first case, the attorney continues to pursue the second case.

Could be frivolous litigation assuming the 2nd suit is for the same claims as the first.
