answer for request for equitable relief
I've been sued for equitable relief and there is a request for disclosure in regard to a breach of contract on a promissary note in a divorce decree. I need to give written answer. Can you direct me?

if you had a lawyer in the divorce, call them...if not, one could not comment without seeing what you are talking about.
