Auction Fraud
I sold an item on an auction site and the winner mailed me payment and I mailed out his product. He claims that he never received the product and is now involving his attorney in the matter. What rights do I have and how should I handle the situation?

Re: Auction Fraud
If you cannot prove delivery you may have to refund the money.
In the future send items in a manner which leaves a paper trail showing delivery.
