Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

I have a car that my boyfriend left my son with a title and bill of sale and the will that states he left it to him but he got sick and never transfered the title before he died. I have all the paper work and sent a letter to the person that is on the title and the bill of sale now they say that it was not paid for and they will file charges on me if i donot give the car to them what can i do

Unfortunately what your boyfriend left you was evidence that he had not paid for the car. Unless you have proof that the car was paid for, you will have to give the car back or pay for it. Good Luck.
