Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

automobile purchase

I recently bought a grand prix from frank parra in irving ,texas and they came and picked it up with a tow truck after I signed the contract and gave them the down payment and shook their hands. They said they couldnt finance the car. How can we stop dealerships from doing this? I wouldnt be able to back out if I wanted to.
