how do i get it back

i bought a car and had to put it in freinds name because i had no license. he took the car and gave it to someone else. the police say he does'nt have to give it back because the title is in his name

i have a letter from the salesman stating that i paid for the car what can i do the police say contacting him or his parents is harassment

If the car is worth less than $10,000 you can file a claim in the Justice of Peace Court...get your proof together and the Court should order the car be returned to you or paid for to you..Do you have a license now??are you 18 or older??but call or go to local JP...
