My bad slice kills windshield
I am a golfer who unintentionally hit the windshield of a passing motorist with my tee shot.The vehicle was unseen due to trees and we were not able to see the ball hit the car. Legally, do I have any obligation to replace the windshield.

Probably...but although small, homeowner's insurance should pay for negligence other than auto accidents..
