Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Can bar bouncers (3) hold a drunk person outside the bar on the ground & allow another bar patron to hit him with his fist which resulted in a brain concussion. The bar patron who was beating this person was currently on probation for agg assault which occurred at this bar.

obvious the bouncers can and from your question, DID???..so the injured party has a good claim against the bar owners, the bouncer and patron..perhaps others....if injured party or his family call a good lawyer asap...they should be compensated if any of the parties have insurance....
