Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

I bought a car from a person who i think committed fraud against me

On friday morning i bought a car from a private seller

On previous visits he told me that he replaced the clutch 1 month ago (himself and his father did it) upon driving the car for less than 4 hours the throw out bearing in the clutch went out. also upon further inspection and questioning of the seller my mechanic was able to determine that it had at oe time been totaled which i was not informed of. in texas what kind of litigation can i get on him. thank you

Depending what was said during the buy/sell transaction, you may have DTPA, Fraud, and/or Misrepresentation claims. All will be fact specific.
