Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
My bro, a “special needs person” was so adjudged and I was bonded and appointed guardian some 20 years ago. I submitted an annual report to county judge for several years, then stopped: HOW DO I RENEW THE GUARDIANSHIP?

The guardianship may not need to be renewed but there may be an issue with the failure to file reports. Best thing you could do is talk to a probate lawyer in your area.
