Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Brother has been living with his girlfriend for the last 5 months in her home.. and they had a disagreement and she told him to leave. He left and now shes sayng he broke in and went into her house and stole her stuff... If he lived there and had a key and got mail there for the past 5 months and she told hiim to get his stuff and leave can she do this.. Shes threated him and so has others she knows their gonna kill him... Please help

Your question does not say who is going to kill your brother. You can't stop her from telling her stories. If he is concerned for his life, he should go to the cops with it.
