Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
my brother sold me his truck, i paid it off but now he came back and took it back and didnt give me my money back . He said he was going to report the truck as stolen if I didnt give it to him.
he said the money I paid him for it was just for the use I gave the truck. IM bot sure what to do since I dont have the title to my name.

You may need to file a lawsuit and let a judge determine who has rights to the truck.
