Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Camera's where they aren't supposed to be

I found out that a frequent ''customer'' at the club I worked at somehow managed to take pictures of me on stage topless. he always took his camera in the club (which to my knowledge is illigal in itself), and I had told him in the past to please not ever take pictures with me in them. My boyfriend's boss found the pictures on the internet. is there anyway I can sue him and get those pictures out of his possession?
