Car buying
If you ''buy'' a car pending certain conditions, such as giving the company a check to hold for the downpayment, pending you will receive that amount elsewhere and you don't, is your contract void, since you were not able to come up with the down payment? I also, informed the dealership of this 2 days after the ''purchase''

If you did not informed them while purchasing the car, you could be subject to criminal charges for theft. Just return the car to them ASAP.
