my car

my girlfriend who i have been with for 1 yr just recently bought me a car, but because of my credit i had to have it in her name but i am paying the loan off.It is my vehicle to get to work and were ever she has her own vehicle.We are not doing so good in our relationship and want to split upbut she is saying that she want the car back which was puchased for me and im the one making the payments on ,and with out it i have no reliable way to work.I wanted to know in court would she get the car?

Not likely. As long as you continue to make the payments which I'm sure you can prove with cancelled checks or money orders. Furthermore, she has no right to repossess the car.
