Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
I got a car loan for my 19year old son. The title is in my name since the car loan is in my name. If he gets into a car accident can I be sued? He does have basic full coverage car insurance.

He's an adult, and you aren't liable for his negligence. You OWNING a car doesn't mean that you're an insurer of anyone who drives it.
The exception would be a situation where he was visibly drunk and asked you for the car keys, and you gave them to him
