Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Car ownership

I had sold a car to a family member almost a year later this family member hasn't changed the title to their name now they drive this car illegally in my name with no tags suspended license and no insurance what can i do to resolve this situation. I don't want the car i just don't want to be held accountable for someone elses irresponsibilities. Pleas help me?

Go to the DMV. They have forms for changing over the title in just such a situation.
