Car

If car was purchased by me with my mother as co-signer, my credit is not good, her credit was the one that enabled the sale of the car, the car is financed through nissan motor acceptance, the title has both of our names on it as we equally own the car, can she come and take the car from me, due to me paying the note late a few times
