charge for work not authorized

i left my car at auto shop for estimate for air condition, passanger side wiper and solder to my doors, after 15 day of delay i was ask to pickup car and charged $615 for changing blower moter and sholdering the door. i did not authorize the work, can you help

Based on what you have stated, there may be the possibility that the auto shop has charged you incorrectly. I would need more information to provide you with a more direct and individual response.
