Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Could I be charged with a slander suit

During my Divorce, we had psychological evaluations. My EXs came back pretty bad, proving what I was saying. It was a big deal, because he was trying to get full custody of the kids. Anyway, he needs help and won't get it. If his family knew, they would make him get help. He hasn't showed anyone. Could he sue me for Slander or anything else, if I copied the EVALS for both him and me and the CPS report and send it to people in his family, with a letter asking them to get him some help? What should I avoid to keep from getting sued?

Re: Could I be charged with a slander suit

You would not be guilty of defamation (slander or libel) if you sent on those reports but be sure there is no agreement in connection with the divorce that would stop you from doing so.
