Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

childcare regulations in tx.

my employer said I cannot bring my children to work with me anymore. I work in childcare ...drop pff facility. Is this legal? They are not a lisc. day care facility...its a Gym, and i work four hr shifts and we are not allowed to bring them, is there a real law that prohibits this or are they full of it???

Sounds like there is more to this than stated, but fundamentally, the employer has the right to control the terms and conditions of employment; and there is no statute addressing bringing children to work.
