Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
im having a civil lawsuit with a family member she claims i kicked her out of my house and she's taking me to court for the belongings she has in my property and for letting her dogs loose can , i found some documents of hers in her belongings that can be used against her, my question is can i use her own documents against her when her documents where in her belogings?

Remember that you have to authenticate the documents when you use them in court; otherwise, they don't get put into evidence.
