How can I collect on a small claims court hearing the ruled in my favor?

Unfortunately, it is difficult to collect the money that you are owed.
You have what is called a "judgment".
But collecting on that "judgment" is often difficult.
If the person has no assets or money, then you "won" but you only "won" on paper.
I wish I could be more encouraging -- but I have a man that owes me a lot of money and he has avoided paying me for over 10 years!
You might want to hire an attorney to help you.
