collecting a judgement

I was awarded a judgement. the person is hiding his assets. he does work under another person's name so I cannot get my judgement. How can I collect my judgement

Collecting on the judgment is frequently the hardest part of the lawsuit. You need a collection attorney to handle something like that, since it rapidly gets procedurally complicated.

Texas was settled by dead-beats from Georgia and Tennessee, and they wrote the laws to suit. Texas is a debtor's haven, and collecting against an individual is very difficult.

I suggest hiring a collections attorney to conduct post-judgment discovery. Request to take his deposition under oath and make him testify about any assets, bank accounts, etc. he may have or let him testify under oath he is using another person's identity to get paid. Also, subpoena all financial documents and other documents pertaining to assets.
