Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

a collection company had filed on me and i exchanged motions and summons. today i rec'd a Motion For Nonsuit without prejudice. Can you explain what this means to me being hassled by this company.

Nothing ....but without prejudice means they can refile.....is u are more specific I could answer...and if u have written them to "cease and desist contact with me or anyone except in writing" they can continue to call and contact others...but such a letter makes them responsible for damages.

Finally..if u make a claim against them ..then they can dismiss their claim but it does not dismiss your claim..
