Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
Can a company use a photo of you in their advertisments without your consent? I only worked for this company for 3 wks as an independent contractor I reviewed their web page only to find a picture of me in the advertisments. If so what can I do about it.

That is probably an invasion of your privacy unless you signed some document when you were hired that gave them the right to use a likeness of you. You should get an appointment with a plaintiff's lawyer, explain what happened, and then find out if you have a case. Also, you may have a case under the law, but the damages due to you may not be enough to justify a lawsuit. You still need a lawyer to negotiate for you, but finding one to take it on could be difficult because of low damages.
