we have completed the terms of purchase for property, in this case a manufactured home, from a private individual. the seller has refused to provide title and release of lien for said property. Seller has ignored all attempts to contact by telephone and mail.
How do I force a seller to provide title and release claim to property after terms of contract have been met?
