Damage due to neglect
I was at a nightclub of Friday night and Valet parked my car. When I got ready to leave the Valet boy brought my car up and parked it in the middle of the street and took off and ran away. The other Valet boy working looked all over for him but he had diappeared . My car windaw was broken and the car was missing everything along with my personal items. The police was called and the y arrived and took statements from the valet boy still on the scence which stated that the valet company would pay for the damages. The supervisor of the valet company was called via cell phone and he said that i would need to fill out a claim form on Monday morning. So, on Monday morning I did so and was told today they will not pay anything for the damage. How do I get them to pay. It was there employee

The only way to get them to pay is to file a lawsuit against them for their negligence in hiring, supervising and retaining this employee. You might try to find out if this company has any other such incidents because that could conceivably make your own case more attractive to an interested attorney. You could ask the police department for copies of all complaints against the company for the past 2 years. The information is available to the public at the cost of retrieval and copying under the Public Information Act.
