daughters possessions

my daughter passed dec,2005,she shared house with my neice, who would not let me have here things, my neice passed 2-2007.she was living with a man who now has it all how can i legally get my daughters possessions,my neice bought a small trailor from this man and it is on his property who does the trailor belong to now, this is in montgomery county texas

If no wills were made, your daughter had no husband or kids, and no written agreements exist, then you should have your daughter's possessions. You may have difficulty proving what belonged to your daughter and you may have to get assistance from the police/sheriff to get the property if the guy refuses to turn them over to you. Consult with a local attorney who can go over the facts with you and assist you.
